Free intro classes all week starting on June 14th 2010 and 30 Days Free of classes.
We would like to announce the start of new unique fitness classes that are based upon free movement of the body and hard work.
During the Ultimate FitX (Ultimate Fitness Experience) classes you will experience some of the most effective workout programs you’ve ever come across.
uFitX Classes Involve a Fitness Experience Using Joint Mobility, Yoga Movements, Russian Kettlebells, Bodyweight Training, HIIT (High Intensity Training), Interval Training, Free Body Movements, Ropes, Bands, Gymnastics Rings, Agility Movements and Much More.
These classes are guaranteed to get you into better shape and condition!
For the week of June 14th 2010 starting on Monday we will have free 1 hour introduction sessions almost every day going into the beginning of the following week to help you get an idea of what we do and so you can learn our fundamental movements and will be on your way to getting started to obtaining a much more fit and conditioned body.
The intro uFitX schedule for next week will be as follows:
6/14 - Monday: 9am and 5pm
6/15 - Tuesday: 8am and 5pm
6/16 - Wednesday: 9am and 5pm
6/17 - Thursday: 9am and 5pm
6/18 - Friday: 8am and 5pm
6/20 - Sunday: 10am
6/21 - Monday: 9am and 5pm
6/22 - Tuesday: 8am and 5pm
6/23 - Wednesday: 9am and 5pm
These intro classes are completely free, however we are taking very limited number of people per time slot.
Also for those who decide they would like to continue with the program, you will receive your first 30 days free of training.
Once we reach a total of 30 uFitX members we will not accept anymore membership as we want to just focus on you and help you improve.
So if you are someone who tries to make it to the gym but doesn’t. Makes it to the gym but doesn’t feel like it’s working anymore. Needs a push to get you going. Used to be an athlete but lost the work ethic. Wants to feel like an athlete. Is bored with working out. Wants to look forward to working out.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN ATHLETE TO TAKE THESE CLASSES. EVERYONE CAN WORK AT THEIR PACE ACCORDING TO THEIR FITNESS LEVEL.
The intro is free so you have nothing to worry about and you can train for 30 days free!
