Classes Offered

Brazilian Jiu Jitu Basics (Gi)

In these classes you can expect to develop the fundamental skills of grappling, become skilled at controlling your opponent and applying submissions, and learn to use your Gi (also called a kimono) in offensive and defensive techniques. Each session includes drilling, instruction, and practice. Situation drills or sparring (live rolling) is often directed by the instructor. These classes are open to all students.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Int./Adv (GI)

In this class you will learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the Gi on (also called kimono). You will continue to build upon your Brazilan Jiu Jitsu basics and learn more advanced movements and concepts to take you to the next level. This is a faster paced class that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping.

Submission Wrestling Basics (NO-GI)

No Gi Submission Wrestling is just like Jiu Jitsu but without the uniform. A participant will wear just shorts and a t-shirt. Without the uniform it promotes a much faster paced grappling match. No Gi Submission Wrestling is gaining popularity extremely fast in the martial arts world. It is one of the most fun and fastest growing martial arts around today.

Submission Wrestling Int./Adv.

This is the more advanced submission wrestling.  There is more emphasis on live training and it is a faster paced class with less break.  You can continue onto this class after you comfortably progressed in our basics programs which are designed to get you started on the right track.

Wrestling (Taught in Conjunction with Submission Wrestling)

During the Submission Wrestling classes you will also learn wrestling techniques in which you will learn how to take you opponent down without relying on the use of there clothing.  You will learn both upper body and lower body takedowns.  Along with takedowns from the clinch and at a distance.

Judo (Taught in Conjunction with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu)

During the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes you will also learn Judo techniques which focus primarily on takedowns from the feet while using your opponent’s clothing (Gi) as a tool to help you.  You will learn foot sweeps, hip throws, shoulder throws, and much more.

Putting The Grappling All Together

By training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Submission Wrestling, and Wrestling together you will learn a complete grappling system that will increase your agility, strength, balance, and self-confidence all while you become proficient in one of the most reliable unarmed self-defense martial arts ever created.

You are guaranteed to get a great workout, learn many new things, and have fun while doing so.  And as a bonus you’ll meet a ton of great people and possible make some great friends along the way.

Ultimate FitX Classes

During the Ultimate FitX (Ultimate Fitness Experience) classes you will experience some of the most intense and effective workout programs. FitX Classes Involve a Fitness Experience Using Joint Mobility, Yoga Movements, Russian Kettlebells, Bodyweight Training, HIIT Training, Gymnastics Rings, Agility Movements and Much More.
