Classes Offered
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (GI)
In this class you will learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the Gi on (also called kimono). You will learn how to escape many positions, and be able to get a superior position on your opponent. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu consists of ground techniques such as hold down (pins), armlocks, leglocks, shoulder locks, chokes and much more. You will learn how to manipulate your opponent and his gi and use it against him.
Submission Wrestling (NO-GI)
No Gi Submission Wrestling is just like Jiu Jitsu but without the uniform. A participant will wear just shorts and a t-shirt. Without the uniform it promotes a much faster paced grappling match. No Gi Submission Wrestling is gaining popularity extremely fast in the martial arts world. It is one of the most fun and fastest growing martial arts around today.
Wrestling (Taught in Conjunction with Submission Wrestling)
During the Submission Wrestling classes you will also learn wrestling techniques in which you will learn how to take you opponent down without relying on the use of there clothing. You will learn both upper body and lower body takedowns. Along with takedowns from the clinch and at a distance.
Judo (Taught in Conjuction with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu)
During the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes you will also learn Judo technique which focus primarily on takedowns while using your opponent’s clothing (Gi) as a tool to help you. You will learn foot sweeps, hip throws, shoulder throws, and much more.
Grappling as a Whole
By training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Submission Wrestling, and Wrestling together you will learn a complete grappling system that will increase your agility, strength, balance, and self-confidence all while you become proficient in one of the most reliable unarmed self-defense martial arts ever created.
You are guaranteed to get a great workout, learn many new things, and have fun while doing so.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
During the Muay Thai classes you will learned how to effectively utilize your hands, legs, elbows, and knees to strike your opponent. You will learn proper footwork, combinations, counters, and defense. On top of that you’ll get a great workout.
Russian Kettlebell and Bodyweight Conditioning Classes
During the Russian Kettlebell and bodyweight conditioning classes you will experience some of the most intense and effective workout programs.
